What’s Included

8 weeks

Nutrition, Sleep, Stress management, Habit formation, community, take out and travel guides, leveraging your nutrition, optimizing your fitness, digestion, energy, expectations, all while changing your mindset. Start reaching your goals without having to sacrifice the things you love.

Weekly lessons

Each week there will be a prerecorded call and lesson on the given topic available for you to watch at your convenience. We will then meet virtually and level up together.

Worksheets

Each week there will be a provided pdf for you to fill out so you can keep notes. We love lists, don’t we? There will be special forms such as a grocery guide and questions for you to process.

 

Biweekly calls

We want you to get the most out of your time. This is where the community comes in. some of the biggest AH-Ha moments have come from other boundless babes’ experiences and conversation we end up having. Ive been told its hard as a busy mom to meet each week so we swapped for biweekly calls (or happy hours - wink wink).

360 Lifestyle coaching

This is more than just your macros. In fact- We wouldn’t even consider this a weight loss course- although the body is a bonus. We have programmed this for you to learn all there is to know about optimizing your nutrition in line with your life and your goals. It’s time to finally stop yo yo dieting- for good!
